Section 4(1) in Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance test for Diploma Holders, (ECET-FDH) Rules, 2003
(1)The ECET/FDH shall be conducted by the Convener, appointed by the competent authority and shall be held on such date and at such centres as may be specified by the State Council in consultation with the ECET-FDH Committee.
