Section 40(1) in Tamil Nadu Handloom Worker (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Rules, 1982
(1)Every employer shall, in respect of the employees employed on the industrial premises, maintain a muster roll in Form XVIII, and entries therein shall be made at the commencement of the work each day.
