Section 102A(1) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(1)The licensee shall provide such number of approved artificial ventilation equipments as required by the licensing authority. The standard for ventilation shall be 28 cubic meters of fresh air per seat per hour.
