Section 14A(1) in The Indian Forest Service (Probation) Rules, 1968
(1)A probationer shall be entitled-(a)for the journey from the Forest Research Institute and Colleges to the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of' Administration, to travelling allowance as may be admissible to a member of the Service on tour.(b)for the journey from the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration to the State, to travelling allowance as may be admissible to a member of the Service on tour plus a lump sum of Rs. 100 [and also to joining time as on transfer.]
