(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(i)the manner of selection of persons for appointment to the post of Principals, [Associate Professors, Professor] [Inserted by West Bengal Act No. 26 of 2017, dated 30.6.2017.] Assistant Professors, Librarians and Non-teaching employees of Government aided Colleges;(ii)the procedure for conduct of business of the Commission;(iii)the manner of holding State Eligibility Test.
