Section 89(ii) in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(ii)The authority to which the appeal lies may direct transmission to it of any appeal withheld under rule 88 and thereupon such appeal shall be transmitted to the authority withholding the appeal and the relevant records.
