.-(1) Every person selected for training in rescue work shall undergo the course of instructions and practices as set out in Part I of Schedule VII until he has passed and has been certified as efficient by the Superintendent.(2)Rescue trained person shall undergo practices and receive instructions as set out in Part II of Schedule VII.(3)A record shall be kept at every rescue station of all persons undergoing practices and receiving instructions. Such record shall contain-(i)the date and the character of each practice;(ii)the conditions of each person after the practice, and if anything abnormal was observed in his condition, whether it was due to a defect of the apparatus or to that person; and(iii)any other relevant information.
