Section 25 in East Kolkata Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Act, 2006
25. Repeal and saving.
(1) The East Kolkata Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Ordinance, 2005 (West Bengal Ord. VII of 2005), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
