Section 12(1) in Goa State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
(1)The Government shall by notification in the Official Gazette constitute a State Project Directorate.(a)The State Project Directorate shall consist of the State Project Director and such adequate support staff as may be required for the effective functioning of the State Project Directorate.(b)The State Project Directorate shall,-(i)oversee project implementation at the State level;(ii)maintain statistical data and Management Information System report; and(iii)engage Project Auditors and Consultants as required.
