(2)They shall apply to the Union Territories of Delhi, Pondicherry, Goa, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Lakshadweep, Mizoram, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh and Chandigarh.
