Section 1(1) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Multi Year Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2016
1.2These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Government Gazette and shall be applicable for determination of tariff for the period FY 2018-19 to FY 2020-21 in a manner as specified in these Regulations. The subsequent Control Period for these Regulations shall be of five (5) years or as may be specified by the Commission.
