Section 12 in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
12. Election of members.
(1)Election of Members shall be held in accordance with the rules made under section 20 and the first election for the purpose of constituting the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Sabha shall be held on such date or dates as the Government may, by notification, appoint.(2)The election shall be conducted by the Government.
