23. Minimum standards of agricultural/Horticultural education -
(1)The Council may by regulations specify the minimum standards of education required for granting Agricultural / Horticultural qualification by the Agricultural/Horticultural Institutions.(2)A committee, if any, constituted under section 15 for this purpose shall, from time to time, report to the Council on the efficacy of the regulation and may recommend to the Council such amendments thereof as it may think fit.CHAPTER-III ANDHRA PRADESH STATE AGRICULTURAL/HORTICULTURAL PRACTITIONERS REGISTER
