Section 1 in THE RAJASTHAN EPIDEMIC DISEASES ACT, 2020
1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan
Epidemic Diseases Act, 2020.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 1stMay, 2020 except theprovisions of section 11 which shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 22ndMay, 2020.
