91. [ Appeals and revisions to be registered. [Substituted by Notification No. 1255/VII-Nyaya-2-2018-91G-2018, dated 14.8.2018 (w.e.f. 3.11.1956).]
- The provisions of the rules relating to the numbering and the initial treatment of a case and in particular those contained in chapter IV, as amended by the General Rules (Criminal) (Amendment) Rules, 2017 shall be followed in appeal and revision cases also.The papers of an appeal or revision case while they are in the Court, shall be kept stitched together in a wrapper in the prescribed form (Part IX, No. 29).]
