Section 7(2)(a) in Kerala District Administration Act, 1979

(a)publish his proposals in regard to the matters mentioned in sub-section (1) in the Gazette together with a notice specifying the dale on or after which the proposals will be further considered by him and inviting objections and suggestions with respect to the proposals before a date specified in the notice;
