16. Meetings of the Court.
(1)The Court shall, on a date to be fixed by the Chancellor meet once a year at a meeting to be called the annual meeting of the Court.(2)The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever the thinks fit, and shall upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than one third of the total number of members of the court, convene a special meeting of the Court.
