Section 15 in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973
15. Fees and royalties.
(1)The shooting permit fee for a period of 15 days or less shall be Rs. 25 for a citizen of India and Rs. 50 for a person other than a citizen of India.(2)The permit-holder shall pay in advance the royalty payable for the animals that he is permitted to kill according to the rates of royalty specified in Schedule IV. He shall get a refund of the royalty for game not killed or taken by him when he vacates the block after returning the permit showing the details of game killed or taken.
