Section 31(4) in Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013
(4)The invitation for empanelment shall also include the following information :-(a)the name and address of the procuring entity;(b)eligibility criteria required for empanelment;(c)the terms and conditions of the empanelment including the duration of the empanelment; and(d)the description of the subject matter of procurement, to the extent known.
