Section 36(3) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(3)Four members shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Standing Committee for the posts of Registrar, Dean, or Director and such other posts of the University in the equivalent scale of pay and three members shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Standing Committee for the posts of other officers in the scale of pay equivalent to the scale of pay of the Reader or below.
