Section 6(v) in The Himachal Pradesh Forest (Settlement) Rules 1965, As Amended By First Amendment Rules 1975
(v)The boundary pillars will generally be of dry stonemasonary of such size and specifications as may be prescribed by the Conservator of Forests of the Circle keeping in view the local conditions and availability of the material.
