48. Post-graduate instruction, teaching and training.
(1)Within the University area all post-graduate instruction, teaching and training in such subjects as may be prescribed by the Statutes shall be conducted by the University or subject to the control of the University by such affiliated colleges or institutions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)All post-graduate Departments shall ordinarily be located at the headquarters of the University. However, the University may locate any of such departments at a place or places outside its headquarters.(3)The University may maintain University centres at places other than the headquarters of the University on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Ordinances.
