Section 13(2) in The Chennai Corporation Servants Conduct Rules, 1968
(2)Where any sanction has been accorded under sub-rule (1), no Corporation servant giving such evidence shall criticise the policy or any action of the Corporation Council, Central Government or of a State Government.
