80. Retirement while under suspension.
(1)The right of voluntary retirement for a member of the Force under suspension shall be subject to the prior approval of the appointing authority.(2)Where an enquiry is pending against a member of Force under suspension and he attains the age of superannuation and retires from service, the enquiry so pending shall continue against him as if he had not retired.
