Section 22 in THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI (INCREDIBLE INDIA) BED AND BREAKFAST ESTABLISHMENTS (REGISTRATION & REGULATION) ACT, 2007
22. Certificate and documents to be shown to the person on demand.- (1) Any
owner registered under this Act shall at all times, on demand, produce and show hiscertificate of registration and any other document required under this Act to -(a)the prescribed authority or any officer duly authorised by him in this behalf; and(b)any bonafide guest.(2)Any owner who refuses on demand to show his certificate of registration ordocuments, or allow it to be read by any of the persons authorised under sub-section (1),shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.
