18. Audit.
(a)The Examiners of Local Fund Audit, Orissa shall be the auditor in respect of all transactions made under these regulations.(b)The Accountant General shall have the authority to examine the vouchers and accounts of the Fund maintained by the Controller in the same manner as he is entitled to audit Personal Ledger Account.
