Section 135(2) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2011
(2)Every person shall-(a)carefully examine his working place before commencing work and also at intervals during the shift.(b)if any dangerous condition is observed, cease all work at that place and shall either take immediate steps to remove such danger or inform an official or the competent person in charge of the mine or district.
