12. Preparation of select List and waiting List.
(1)The names of the candidates shall be arranged by the Board in the order of merit on the basis of aggregate marks finally awarded to each candidate in the written test and weightage of additional marks as specified in Part III of the Schedule and in that order, the Board shall recommend the names of the successful candidate qualified, for appointment to the extent of the number of vacancies requisitioned.(2)The Board shall prepare the waiting list of the candidates, which shall contain ai far as feasible for twenty five percent of total number of vacancies requisitioned.
