(1)The fair officer may order the ejectment of any person from the site allotted to him in the fair area if such person contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.(2)If any person, fails without reasonable cause to comply with an order made under sub-section (1), the fair officer may take possession of the site and may for that purpose use such force as may be necessary.
