Section 5 in The U.P. Secondary Education Services Commission First Regulations, 1983

5. Fee : Section 34

. - (1) Every candidate shall be liable to pay to the Commission such fee, for holding selections, conducting examinations, where necessary, or for holding interview, as may be determined by the Commission from time to time with the prior approval of the Government.

(2)Until fee is determined or revised under sub-regulation (1), every candidate for selection shall pay to the Commission the fee at the following rates :-

	General	Scheduled Castes	Scheduled Tribes
	Rs.	Rs.	Rs.
(a) For application, fee for teachers and heads ofinstitutions.	15/-	10/-	5/-
(b) For selection to the post of bead of institution	30/-	20/-	10/-
(c) For the selection for the post of teacher throughinterview only.	25/-	15/-	10/-
(d) For the selection for the post of teacher throughcompetitive examination (including interview) :	50/-	35/-	20/-

(3)The fee shall be payable by crossed postal order or Bank Draft payable to the Secretary of the Commission.
