Section 35(1) in The Punjab Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1964
(1)No mining lease shall be granted to any person unless he -(a)[-] [Omitted by Haryana Government Notification No. SO110/C.A.67/1957/S.15/2001 dated 6.8.2001.](b)produces an income-tax clearance certificate from the Income-Tax Officer concerned.
