Section 4(1) in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
(1)No person who does not possess a First Class Certificate of proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer granted under rule 39 shall be deemed to be a fit and proper person to hold the charge of a boiler or boilers installed in a Power Station, situated at a distance exceeding that specified in sub-rule (1) rule 3.
