Learned counsel are ad idem that in view of order passed by Hon'ble Supreme court in judgment reported as North Gujarat Unit of Association of Self Employed Owners (Paramedical) of Private Pathology Laboratories of Gujrat vs. North Gujrat Pathologists Association & ors. 2017(4) Law Herald (SC) 2978, laboratory report can be counter signed only by registered medical practitioner with a post graduate qualification in pathology.
Learned State counsel submits that instruction issued by State Government shall be looked into by the concerned department and a decision shall be taken within one month.
In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of.
