Although, it has been submitted by respondent No. 1 on the last date of hearing that he is having authority to appear on behalf of respondents No. 2 and 3, who are stated to be his brothers. However, he could not produce any document like Special Power of Attorney or General Power of Attorney, authorizing him to appear on their behalf.
In such situation, considering his request, the matter is adjourned by two weeks. List on 4.8.2023.
In the meanwhile, record of learned trial Court as well as learned First Appellate Court be also requisitioned.
