Section 8(1) in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensees' Standards of Performance) Regulations, 2004
(1)The standards of performance specified in this regulation shall remain suspended during Force Majure conditions such as war, mutiny, civil commotion, riot, flood, cyclone, lightning, earthquake or such other force and strike, lockout, fire affecting the licensee's installations and activities.
