Section 7(1) in The Orissa Khadi and Village Industries Board Rules, 1956
(1)The budget under Section 26 shall be prepared by the Board during every financial year for the next financial year in Form No. III and shall be forwarded to the State Government before the 31st December in the year in which it is prepared.
