(1)The budget under Section 26 shall be prepared by the Board during every financial year for the next financial year in Form No. III and shall be forwarded to the State Government before the 31st December in the year in which it is prepared.(2)A supplementary budget, if any, under Section 28 in any financial year shall be prepared by the Board in Form No. IV and shall be submitted to the State Government in the first week of January in that year.
