Section 6(6)(ii) in Bihar Warder Cadre Rules, 2014

(ii)Second stage–The Examination Agency shall prepare a list of candidates, five times the number of reported vacancy on the basis of written examination. In case of unavailability of sufficient number of qualified candidates for medical test, the ratio of candidates may properly be reduced. All such candidates shall have to undergo for a race.
