Section 57B(3) in The Chhattisgarh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
(3)(a)Short term co-operative credit structure society shall be eligible to be a member of a secondary co-operative.(b)A co-operative registered under Chhattisgarh Swayatta Sahakarita Adhiniyam, 1999 (No. 2 of 2000) may become the member of an affiliating society registered under this Act.
