Section 7(1) in Rajasthan Conditions of Detention (Foreigners Act) Order, 1966
(1)Every detenu and his ward or cell shall be searched thoroughly by the Superintendent not less than once a week and the result of the searches shall be noted in the Jailor's note-book.
