38. Counting of Votes in case of Fresh Poll.
(1)If a fresh poll is held under sub-rule (7) of Rule 43, the Election Officer shall after completion of that poll recommence the counting of votes on the date and at the time and place which have been fixed by him in that behalf and for which notice has been previously given to the candidates or their election agents.(2)The Provisions of Rules 29 and 36, shall apply so far as may be to such, further counting.
