1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India ([Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities] [Substituted 'Issue and Listing of Debt Securities by Municipalities' by Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2019/40, dated 27.9.2019 (w.e.f. 15.7.2015).]) Regulations, 2015.(2)These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
