Section 21(9)(b) in The Orissa Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969

(b)The furniture, utensils and other equipments shall be maintained in a clean and hygienic condition. A service counter, if provided, shall have a top of smooth and impervious material. Suitable facilities including an adequate supply of hot water shall be provided for tire cleaning of utensils and equipment.
