Section 14 in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
14. Mode of Examination.
(1)Examinations for Supervisors Certificate of Competency comprise the following:(a)Written papers(b)Practical and oral on the subjects specified in the prescribed syllabus.(i)Provided that no certificate shall be issued unless a candidate passes each of Papers-I and II or Paper-I and Paper-Ill, candidates who have passed in Paper-I and Paper-II or in I and III and desire to qualify for mines installation or domestic industrial and other installation as the case may be shall be exempted from re-appearing in Paper-I.(ii)In addition candidates intending to appear for Supervisors Examinations shall be capable of answering either in English or in Telugu or in Urdu.(2)Examinations for Wiremen Certificates of Competency comprise the following:-(i)Practical(ii)Oral on the subjects specified the prescribed syllabus.
