(1)These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Ready to Drink Alcoholic Beverages) Rules, 2012.(2)They shall extend to all areas where the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 is in force.(3)They shall come into force at once
