Section 23(5)(d) in Bihar Agricultural University Act, 2010

(d)shall be responsible for admissions of Under Graduate (UG) and Post Graduate (PG) and conduct and management of examinations at UG and PG, maintenance of permanent records of the students at the University including the courses taken, credits obtained, degrees, prizes or other distinctions and other items pertaining to academic performance and discipline of the students.
