(xi)Four members of the [Jharkhand] [Substituted for 'Bihar' by Notification No. 2000/86 dated 19.12.2000.] Legislature nominated by the State Government for a period of two years. Out of them, three shall be from the [Jharkhand] [Substituted for 'Bihar' by Notification No. 2000/86 dated 19.12.2000.] Legislative Assembly and one from the Legislative Council.
