12. Parking-Space.
- Every person intending to construct, re-construct or alter or add to a building, shall -(a)provide for the use of the occupants and of persons visiting the premises for the purposes of profession, trade, business, recreation or any other work necessary parking-space and parking facilities within the site as stipulated in Appendix - H;(b)make necessary provision for the movement of vehicles gaining access to and from the premises into the street.
