Section 2(ii) in The Karanj Seeds Grading and Marking Rules, 2009
(ii)"authorised packer" means a person or a body of persons who has or have been granted a certificate of authorisation to grade and mark Karanj seeds in accordance with the grade standards and procedure under these rules;
