(3)The Presiding Officer shall then seal -

(a)polled ballot box,

(b)packet of counterfoils of used ballot papers,

(c)packet of unused ballot papers,

(d)packet of cancelled ballot papers,

(e)packet of list of voters, and

(f)packet of other records and materials.
